RNMKR is an unconventional PR agency specializing in supporting tech, cannabis and lifestyle companies. The RNMKR team needed assistance in creating a new senior level role for their business and mapping out a career path and development plan for an internal candidate.
- Facilitated a job analysis to map out a new role for RNMKR’s team, creating an Account Director role.
- Lead a gap analysis to understand the different responsibilities, developmental opportunities and training gap between an existing Account Manager and the new role.
- Created a six month development plan and facilitated regular progress meetings with the candidate and the company’s Chief Operating Officer to monitor progress.
- Successfully transitioned the candidate into this role, allowing two other team members to pursue a similar path into a more advanced role within the company.
