Carmen’s Group is a Hamilton based hospitality group operating an award-winning hotel, convention center, restaurant and multiple event spaces. With a headcount of over 240, the company had no previous HR department in place and was in a period of tremendous growth and internal change. Harper Resources was tasked with both building a human resources department from the ground up and acting as a strategic partner to transition the company from a family business into a high-performing, culture-driven organization.
We were immediately impressed by Morgan’s education and professionalism as well as her background in family business and large corporate matters.
